1st team All Metro back Zack Wilbur of Southridge returns
One of the state’s top fullbacks will be called upon early and often this season as the Southridge Skyhawks graduate 34 senior’s from a year ago. Zack Wilbur (6-0 200 15′ RB/LB) earned 1st team all league honors in 2013 and will likely play a key role on both sides of the ball this year.
2014 Team Preview: Kent Meridian Royals
In 2013, Kent Meridian stumbled their way to a 3-7 record, but three of their losses – to rival Kentwood along with Kentridge and Auburn – were by a combined total of seven points. This year, as long as they can stay healthy, they should be able to make some noise in the SPSL 4A Northeast Division.
